Sessions are confirmed once a non refundable deposit of 50% has been paid and a booking agreement has been signed.
Availability is based on the date being secured, dates are released if booking requirements are not met.
All sessions and commercial projects are quoted based on scope and usage.
Pricing is not final until confirmed in writing.
A deposit is required to secure your session date.
Final edited images are delivered via private online gallery within up to 2 weeks unless otherwise agreed.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Additions to deliverables after the session )extra images, extended deliverables) may incur additional fees
USAGE & LICENSING
Imagery is licensed for agreed personal, portfolio and promotional use only.
Commercial usage (brands, campaigns, paid advertising, third party distribution) is quoted and licensed separately.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, alter or use images for purposes other than agreed without permission.
The photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Requests to reschedule must be made at leat 48 hours before the session.
Deposits may be transferable once if a date change is needed.
Last minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposit.
WEATHER & UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Outdoor sessions may be adjusted or rescheduled in case of unsuitable weather conditions.
If unforeseen issues arise (illness, travel, disruptions), you'll be be notified and options will be offered.
